Refund Policy

Our Candies are not eligible for returns and nonrefundable unless product arrives damaged and damage is immediately documented

If Product is damaged please email info@mikessweetandspicy.com with details and photos/videos. We will evaluate and if accepted we will give you further directions . Do not send items back without first contacting us they will not be accepted

If your mail is returned to sender we will refund the item prices once we receive the items back but shipping will not be refunded

Cancelation Policy

If you want to cancel an order must contact us in 24hrs since placing order.
